Accidentally booked but no regrets. The place is nice. Condo style unit rooms with fridge and heater. Has a counter qnd chairs to dine. The wifi is fast and good for streaming and work. With room service massage available. The hallway is surprisingly spacious and there's a lobby area in each floors. Just minor things worth notable: It's Christmas but the place looks like a hospital. No decorations. All plain white walls. The hallway looks like an assylum. The location is very accesible to mall, cafes, etc. Warning: Not good for the elderly. There's NO elevator. You have to walk to the 3rd floor using stairs. Not a Bldg. Code compliant. Overall, the place is nice and I will recommend it.

Value for money Location is around 5-10 mins drive from MCIA ( mind, we left at 3am, so no traffic) NOISY airconditioner :( But overall, if you are looking at an early flight this place is a great choice.

The room was clean and the service was quick and straight to the point! Highly recommend this place for a cheap, safe, and comfortable place to stay in Cebu. The only problem is the location which is a bit far from the city but quite close to the airport so the taxi fare will be around 200 php.

The water source is from a DEEP WELL! It means, you bathe, wash your face, and brush your teeth in salty water! Should I have known earlier, I wouldn't have stayed here. Upon check-in, they thoroughly explain hotel guidelines and extra fees for stains, broken items, and late check out. BUT they miss telling you the most important thing "Oh, by the way, our water comes from the deep well. Have an unpleasant stay" I'd understand if the hotel is located by the sea, but they're in the middle of the city!!! To be fair to Zen, the front desk who assisted me, she transferred me to to their other branch, which is Main, and is 500m away. Initially, they wanted me to pay extra for the room equivalent, so I asked for refund instead. They said they don't refund and managed to find me a room. Parking can be also challenging. One-way traffic to accesss their parking area.

Booked thru agoda, and the photo shows the copenhagen main but when you booked the actual room they send you to the east , which is the room where the very stinky smell like a sewer/fish. It will make you sick.

There was an off smell in our room. Good for people that are only staying there for a couple nights. Fairly close to airport. Great staff. Helped us with our bags since there was no elevator. Very sweet front desk staff

The place is huge, really clean and the furniture is new overall. The room is equipped with a microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine, they also provide toiletries and towels. Hot water included. We stayed there for one night to catch our …
